Any order made (and age verified as required) before 2:00 pm Pacific Standard Time Monday – Friday, will ship that same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm PST will ship the next day. Orders placed (and age verified as required) on Friday after 2:00 p.m. PST, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. Please note, USPS calculates time in transit in relation to business days only. Saturdays and Sundays are not business days.

Returns

Thank you for placing an order with shishapressoamerica.com. We hope that you enjoy your purchase. In the event that you are unhappy for any reason with your online purchase, please follow the directions below for website returns.

Merchandise purchased from shishapressoamerica.com may be returned within 30 days starting from the date your package has been received provided it has not been opened. It is recommended that you initiate the return process as soon as possible to ensure that we receive your package in the appropriate time.

When processing your return, all products must be in original condition (unused) and accompanied by a copy of your shipping receipt in the box. Original shipping and handling costs and costs incurred for shipping returns are non-refundable.

In the case that you are returning a product because it is damaged, please let us know and we will gladly pay for the shipping charges.

If your order is missing merchandise or you receive the wrong merchandise, please contact us at (657) 549 5411 or email us at info@shishapressoamerica.com within 3 days of receiving your order, so we can start the claims process promptly. However, delays in reporting the problem will complicate the process and may result in the denial of your claim.

Depending on your location, there will be a 3-5 business day transit time for your package to arrive at our Internet Returns Center. Once received, returns are processed within one business day and a credit will be posted to your account within 1-2 days.
